Nicole is the new director apartment manager and she is doing great all by herself, she has tried to keep the indoor pool open all year long again but, unfortunately some people's kids messed that up for everyone so, please if you have kids discipline them so we can get the indoor pool back all year! I have lived here since 2015 and management was horrible, this new management are doing good things and walked into a mess which, they are doing a great job with many positive changes. Better locks on the building doors to keep the unwanted out and soon Verona Park will be a gated community to ensure our safety. The hallways are clean all the time because the new cleaning crew makes sure of that also, if you are a responsible resident like i'am and make sure where i live looks good i mop and sweep the hallways, and keep the laundry area clean. Yes, i have had issues with unwanted bugs but, if you are responsible you will let management know every-time and they make sure they spray. I have not seen any bugs for awhile and Nicole does not play! What do you expect, these apartments are really old and they still look good. The stores are walking distance and the bus line is close, my favorite park is 5 minutes driving distance away (Utah Park) and my cat is happy LOL! This is my home until it is time for me to move on.
