the lady in the office was very patient with me over the phone when I had to report a maintenance issue with my dishwasher not draining. It turns out it had to be replaced well long story short the new one arrived just a couple days later and thanks to the maintenance team they had it installed that day couldnt be happier with the new one

I’m reviewing my home away from home. I formerly lived in Palm Springs. This was a new experience which has turned out to be a blessing. I love it here, and appreciate what it’s added to my life. They offer bingo, pool aerobics, management treats which are awesome., a beauty shop on site. The grounds are beautiful, excellent security, meticulously clean, great maintenance crew, convenient postal, business center, great management staff. I had my parents stay at Village on 5th. The rooms and bathroom was big enough for a person who uses wheel chair. The staff was very kind and helpful every time I went it for a question. The community has a nice club house but unfortunately we did not use it much. Overall great place to live.

The towing person treated me very badly in my moving day same hour i received my documentation and parking sticker. When i parked and started to unload my stuff from my car and my parking sticker was in my passenger side and asked me to put it in the car and i did but finally his boss told him to tow my car and the guy lifted my car with all the stuff inside and asked me a $70 payment to drop my car and i call a police and the police said this is a civil case and cant do anything. finally i didn't have any choice just paid and continue to unload my stuff's o I was forced to pay $70 for nothing at all. but the maintenance guy is professional and respectful. apartment K

I have lived here for 5 years. I have seen so many staff come and go. I am most satisfied with the new group. The manager Ms. Megan got my rent paid for me last month!!! NO manager ever did something that nice. Also Abina is always helpful and seems like she knows a lot. The maintenance guy (forgot his name) also seems more respectful then the former and explained to me what he did in my home. I am happy with him and so are my friends. I have never had any roaches or anything else. This is how I know there is no problems with this place. I don't see any shady people here anymore and am very thankful for that. I really like the new gate and and the parking stickers. I like to know that management cares about keeping things nice here. If you want to move here I recommend it and I also recommend not paying attention to the reviews that are not good because they are not right. If you are thinking about this place just see for yourself. Thank you for the things you do management.

I sent a maintenance request for a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The men showed up and after a couple of tries repairing the upstairs apartment problem, the leak has stopped and now waiting for the hole to be closed up. Overall the gentlemen were professional, kept me informed on the repairs. They did stay hours and hours and that made me a happy tenant.

I am truly enjoying my apartment and my life here at Village on the Green. The staff and residents are wonderful people. The Village is safe, quiet, clean and grounds are well maintained. There are many anementies if you want to pamper yourself, i.e., a pool, jacuzzi, nail and hair salon, pool room and business center. The apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, granite countertops, in-home washers and dryers, extra storage and private patios. The 55-Plus Village is also conveniently near the I-10 and I-15 and within minutes of Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens. My only regret is that the grandchildren cannot enjoy time with grandparents as they once did due to Covid.

Things around here are getting addressed like never before. I can tell that new management cares and the people who are writing negative reviews are probably the rule breakers. (My opinion) Property is clean, new contests for paying rent on time, broke down cars gone, vicious animals under control! On top of that I see lots of complaints about roaches and I know for a fact she is forcing people to get their house sprayed. Maybe some people don't want to do what it takes to actually get rid of their problem. I dont have roaches but hear what people are saying and to be honest the people complaining are probably not cooperating from the sounds of it. Either way I am happy living here and I see this place getting better and better everyday. Keep up the good work team! You have support.

My husband and I have been living in our home/apartment for almost 5 years and we are very comfortable and pleased with our living experience. I want to compliment the management, Angelene, Carol and Nicole. They are all super dependable, courteous and very enjoyable to work with. Jorge the maintenance supervisor is exceptional! Every work order was completed in a timely manner, with a terrific attitude and we enjoy him very much! The amenities are wonderful and the grounds are kept beautiful all year long! Manager Tiffany is not people friendly has no concern for her tenants and is all about money. She does not prepare for summer as the pool is always closed and she never has any back up necessities to keep the pool legally opened. The desk lady in the front is awesome she should own the property she's honest and humble and cares for who she talks to. Worst place I ever rented from, it took a month for a work order to get fixed. They charge you for anything and care less about they're tenants. She was prompt and easy to work with. We had to partner on with her on several of our request which she was prompt to resolve and made us feel that we were the only customers that mattered for her apartments. Amazing customer service. Even to this day she still gets on the phone herself to help guide us in the right direction for our amenities as we are still fairly new and have taken some time to sign up for our parcel pending and our AMC rent pay. Y' all hired an amazing leader and her staff follows suit to help their residents. PS the renovations are Beautiful! My daughter and my brother "roommate" is blown away by the changes!

Manager Tiffany is not people friendly has no concern for her tenants and is all about money. She does not prepare for summer as the pool is always closed and she never has any back up necessities to keep the pool legally opened. And the maintenance staff are always very professional. Maintenance staff are excellent. Had issue with appliance, they were there to repair it. Even cleaned up afterwards. Maintenance staff repaired my refrigerator shortly after I called it in. They are always very professional. Also, the monthly crafts are so much fun! I get to meet other tenants and learn how to make beautiful art on canvas, and holiday items. I look forward to attending each month. Thank you Village on the Green for providing this for us.

Ever since the new management took over Verona park i literally have no conplaints. Theyre amazing and friendly! I have lived in this complex for more then 5 years and this complex used to be all over the place the pool was never opened, the hallways were never locked shut, the place was a mess, it didnt feel like home. But then Nicole came! She seriously is fixing this place up all by herself and she deserves some credit! This complex has never looked so good! Never felt more safe with the security cameras they installed. The locks on hallway doors. And every other upgrade to make this place feel like a home! Nicole is the new director apartment manager and she is doing great all by herself, she has tried to keep the indoor pool open all year long again but, unfortunately some people's kids messed that up for everyone so, please if you have kids discipline them so we can get the indoor pool back all year! I have lived here since 2015 and management was horrible, this new management are doing good things and walked into a mess which, they are doing a great job with many positive changes. Better locks on the building doors to keep the unwanted out and soon Verona Park will be a gated community to ensure our safety. The hallways are clean all the time because the new cleaning crew makes sure of that also, if you are a responsible resident like i'am and make sure where i live looks good i mop and sweep the hallways, and keep the laundry area clean. Yes, i have had issues with unwanted bugs but, if you are responsible you will let management know every-time and they make sure they spray. I have not seen any bugs for awhile and Nicole does not play! What do you expect, these apartments are really old and they still look good. The stores are walking distance and the bus line is close, my favorite park is 5 minutes driving distance away (Utah Park) and my cat is happy LOL! This is my home until it is time for me to move on.

I have be fighting a battle to get my carpeting replaced, for nearly five years, even before they got here. It wasn't new when I moved in, and over time, it became quite problematic. I was down in the office, complaining about it, almost on a weekly basis, not really understanding that there are budgets to be considered, and priorities that superseded my complaining. These two women, were patient and understanding, even when listening to me ranting about the same thing, over and over. But they really went to bat for me, taking pictures of the carpet and forwarding them to their superiors. I am happy to say, that because they persisted on my behalf, today, new carpeting has been installed, and it is beautiful. MY REQUEST TO REPAIR the kitchen sink faucets and the leak under the sink was done SAME DAY!!! The maintenance man was knocking at my door. He repaired the faucets and put in a new disposal FAST, PROFESSIONALLY. He deserves 5 *****. But your office staff needs replacing, Delete that ridiculous recording promising a callback during regular hours! Shoot they don't answer AT ALL. I'm so disappointed in The Harrison since the latest management and I have been here for 6years! Ms. Green 12/17/24 I gave a 4 because I had to call twice. I had to keep repeating my information to the person who answered the phone. On the second call I finally got the toilet unplugged. What if I didn't make that 2nd call?The maintenance man came right away, and I give him a 5 because it was less than 5 minutes and he had my toilet working.

I would like to say how cool Emma is to people looking to rent in Verona Park, one day I called Emma all mad because, I tried to do laundry and the room was dirty diapers and chicken bones, just nasty so Emma apologized and told me to give her a minute that she will go a clean herself. I leave it alone because it was friday. i say she is leaving she is not ganna do it. But my surprise was to find a clean laundry, she had cleaned. She is amazing, a manager cleaning diapers! Wow how amazing she is, then yesterday her and the main maintenance guy were wrapping mattresses in the trash cans I love how a manager and boss maintenance get their hands dirty. When I moved in, my move in was awesome because Ariana informed me on what I had to bring in that day and made sure I had no questions that were not answered. Because of this my move in day that is usually stressful went smooth! Loved it! Thanks to them I have found a happy new home!

I have seen many changes since the girls started working here last year. Ariana is always with a smile ready to help and my cat loves her. One day Meow Meow ran away when I opened the door and she was walking by when she saw me having problmes to get her. Ariana did not think twice to help an old lady like me get my Meow Meow back! I am blessed because they care about me as a resident. If I let them know I have a problem they are always helping me happily. When they let me know about my new lease I will sign for another year. If you want to live in a place where they care about you come to Verona. I love it here!

i like the managment at verona park apts they help me alote. the people there are really helpful i been there for 6 yrs i really like it alote i mean that it makes me want to stay her for a long time its really a blessing and i thank them helping me repair my kitchen floor, and some other repairs. thank you verona park apts.

We really enjoy living here at Village on the Green. The community is friendly and quiet, the staff helpful, the grounds well kept. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently (we've only had one😊). The only complaint we have is communications could be more timely. We receive maintenance notices only a day or two before-hand and it was almost a week before we were told that there was an issue with mail delivery. Other than that, we are very happy here. We would give 4 1/2 stars if it were possible.

I've been here for almost 6 years now. I have a beautiful apartment with a great view. This is where I belong. They have so many activities to get involved in. The staff here, Carol and Gabby are always helpful and available to answer any questions I may have. And Maintenance Crew, Jorge and Cornell take such amazing care of the complex. I never see a piece of paper on the ground. Every morning I see Jorge outside cleaning whatever needs to be done. And they are both very friendly. I get my hair and nails done at the Salon that's here. So convenient, especially for those who don't drive. I absolutely love this place, it's my home.❤️ Love the location, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. Mgmt are very friendly and care about your needs. And the maintenance staff are always very professional. Maintenance staff are excellent. Had issue with appliance, they were there to repair it. Even cleaned up afterwards. Maintenance staff repaired my refrigerator shortly after I called it in. They are always very professional. Also, the monthly crafts are so much fun! I get to meet other tenants and learn how to make beautiful art on canvas, and holiday items. I look forward to attending each month. Thank you Village on the Green for providing this for us. The water aerobics is such a great way to meet your neighbors and get a great workout. It's always fun with a lot of laughter mixed in. I look forward to each class, it always cheers me up.

The management and maintenance staff are very nice and professional. If I ever need anything done in my apartment, it is done promptly. It is very quiet and most of the neighbors are friendly. There are activities to keep you busy. I've been happy my four years here.

Manager Tiffany is not people friendly has no concern for her tenants and is all about money. She does not prepare for summer as the pool is always closed and she never has any back up necessities to keep the pool legally opened. I have swam once in the 10 months I have lived here and that's with in two summers as I moved in in August of last year. The desk lady in the front is awesome she should own the property she's honest and humble and cares for who she talks to. Worst place I ever rented from, it took a month for a work order to get fixed. They charge you for anything and care less about they're tenants. The above review was from 3 years ago and I gave it a 1 star due to the horrific customer experience and the stay was horrible. 03/13/2020 - I moved back in due to the change in management: Before we even moved in Nicole Stephans the new property manager was by far the most caring, amazing, very professional and courteous manager I have encountered in any place I have rented from. She was prompt and easy to work with. We had to partner on with her on several of our request which she was prompt to resolve and made us feel that we were the only customers that mattered for her apartments. Amazing customer service. Even to this day she still gets on the phone herself to help guide us in the right direction for our amenities as we are still fairly new and have taken some time to sign up for our parcel pending and our AMC rent pay. Y' all hired an amazing leader and her staff follows suit to help their residents. PS the renovations are Beautiful! My daughter and my brother "roommate" is blown away by the changes!

We have a new management crew, here, that seems to really be on-target. We always live in fear of the huge rent increases, because our income doesn't do the same, but otherwise, this is a very nice place. Parking IS a big issue, but there really isn't much they can do about it. The developer built it this way. If you like having lots of people over, they will have to park on the street.
